Funding opportunities

1. Awards for Young Musicians

A-y-m 2016

deadline: 18th March 2016
Awards for Young Musicians supports the UK’s most talented young instrumentalists aged 5-17 years of age who, because of financial need, may be prevented from fulfilling their creative potential. The charity assists musically-gifted children in families, where income is limited, to help develop potential.

Grants of between £200 and £2,000 are available, based on evidence of musical talent and financial need. Award winners will receive flexible funding towards musical costs and individual support, which may include mentoring, master classes with professional musicians, the chance to observe professional orchestras and other ensembles in rehearsal, free tickets to concerts and performance opportunities.
